NSW Regional Manager

About the Role

This role will be responsible for all business, financial, technical, project management, general management, sales & marketing within Northern NSW for road recycling and stabilisation works in the local government, state government and private sector markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotes and tenders and other pricing as required for stabilisation and related works in Northern NSW
• Customer/client management and communications including provision of technical or operational consultative advice
• Manage marketing duties as required such as presentations, development of marketing material
• Liaising with the Operations Manager in regard to scheduling of upcoming projects
• Monthly reporting of all relevant business issues
• Manage invoicing, reporting, budgeting and reviewing monthly job costs (jobpac)
• Project management of stabilisation and related projects in accordance with company Project Management Framework. Delegations of project delivery responsibilities to Project Engineers and/or Supervisors.
• Manage contractual matters including client and supplier liaison and dispute resolution
• Ongoing administration and development as required of systems, policies, training management system and other company documentation

Key Requirements

• Engineering or relevant tertiary Qualification/s desired
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar client facing role
• 10 years experience in the delivery of civil road/stabilisation projects
• An understanding of the opportunities and key contacts in the NSW road maintenance market
• Demonstrated technical and written skills in support of providing quality client solutions and tender bids
• Proven ability to lead a team and influence the best in others
• Strong business development skills, aligned with strategic thinking

The successful candidate will ideally be located in the NSW Mid North Coast region, however, candidates that live in the Central Coast region and are willing to travel will be considered. Salary package will include a fully maintained vehicle.
